Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to provide exceptional service and help customers find the best sleep solutions using our bedMatch diagnostic system. With a large nationwide presence and a focus on growth, you will contribute to a high-energy team in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will work a retail schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends, with opportunities for training, bonuses, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; multilingual is a plus.
• Comfort with tablets, mobile POS and using the bedMatch system.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using the bedMatch diagnostic system and our selling process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
• Assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto vehicles.
• Maintain showroom appearance and participate in floor resets and merchandising.
