Mattress Warehouse is seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find their perfect mattress using our BedMatch diagnostic system. You will sell premium bedding products and provide an engaging, educational shopping experience in a fast-growing, community-focused retailer.

We value bilingual abilities in English and Spanish or other languages, willingness to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds while guiding

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience focused on sleep solutions.
• Experience with tablets, POS systems, and using the BedMatch system.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress products using the BedMatch system.
