Job summary

Mattress Warehouse USA is seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team. You will help customers select premium mattresses using our bedMatch diagnostic system and close sales across 40–55 hours per week. Work schedule includes evenings, most holidays and weekends.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. You should be able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with loading purchases. We offer robust compensation with hourly pay or commission, bonuses, 401(k) with employer

Qualifications

• Retail Sales Consultant role to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to use bedMatch diagnostic system to guide purchases.
• Willingness to work a retail schedule including evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses and accessories.
• Demonstrate and explain bedMatch system results to customers.
• Process transactions and close sales with customers.
• Load showroom purchases onto customers’ vehicles when needed.
