Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants in Huntsville, AL. You will confidently sell our premium mattress and bedding products using our proven selling process and exclusive bedMatch diagnostic system, helping customers find the right sleep solutions.

Ideal candidates will be able to work a retail schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends, with 40–55 hours per week. Bilingual skills are a plus, and you will operate tablets and mobile POS to assist customers and

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset showroom, and help customers load purchases onto their vehicles.
• Experience in providing a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience focused on customer needs.
• Proficiency with state-of-the-art technology including tablets and POS systems.
• Team-oriented attitude, high energy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using our proven selling process and bedMatch system.
• Guide customers to select products that improve sleep quality based on diagnostic results.
• Engage with customers in-store, explain features and benefits, and close sales.
