Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to drive exceptional customer service and sales using our bedMatch diagnostic system. You’ll help customers choose the right mattress, explain features, and process transactions with tablets and POS in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with growth opportunities in a family-owned, nationwide retailer that offers generous benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Retail sales consultants sought with availability for retail hours including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Experience using tablets, mobile POS and the bedMatch system to guide customers.
• Energetic, customer-focused team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using the bedMatch system and proven selling process.
• Provide friendly, low-pressure, educational shopping experiences to improve customers' lives.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles.
• Utilize tablets and POS for transactions and maintain a well-displayed showroom.
• Contribute to a performance-driven, team-oriented store environment.
