Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Typical 4–5 day work week; 40–55 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using the bedMATCH system and proven selling process.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience to improve customers' sleep quality.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and meet or exceed sales targets.
