Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Concord, NC. You will sell premium mattresses using our proven selling process and bedMatch diagnostic system, guiding customers to the right sleep solutions.

Qualifications

• Availability for retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Use tablets, mobile POS and the bedMatch system in selling.
• Energetic, team-oriented attitude with strong customer interaction.
• Enjoy meeting customers and understanding their needs.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using our selling process and bedMatch.
• Assist customers, answer questions and provide product recommendations.
• Operate POS system and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain showroom floor and assist with loading purchases when needed.
