Mattress Warehouse is seeking Retail Sales Consultants to help customers select the right mattress using our bedMatch diagnostic system. With over 520 store locations and 35+ years in the business, we are a USA family owned and operated company dedicated to improving lives through better sleep.

You will work in a team-oriented environment, in a role that rewards performance with a generous compensation package including hourly pay or commissions, bonuses, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using the bedMatch system.
• Assist customers and help load purchases onto vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom and educate customers about sleep solutions.
