The ideal candidate will manage leasing, respond to inquiries, coordinate maintenance, and ensure Fair Housing compliance while delivering a high-quality resident experience.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience.
• Prior leasing or property management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with administrative or legal documentation related to property management is a plus.
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full leasing lifecycle, from inquiry to move-in.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to lead leasing and property operations for a 55+ independent senior living apartment community. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization and play a key role in building a high-quality residential experience for our client's residents.

The Property Manager will be responsible for driving occupancy, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day property operations. This role requires a professional who is both resident-focused and operationally strong, with the ability to lead leasing efforts and oversee maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full leasing lifecycle, from inquiry to move-in
• Conduct professional on-site tours and community presentations
• Maintain timely and effective follow-up with prospective residents
