Job summary

Workforce Beacon Solutions is seeking a Property Manager in Bedford, NH (On-Site) to lead leasing and property operations for a 55+ independent senior living community. This full-time role focuses on driving occupancy, superior service, and smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will manage leasing, respond to inquiries, coordinate maintenance, and ensure Fair Housing compliance while delivering a high-quality resident experience.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience.
• Prior leasing or property management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with administrative or legal documentation related to property management is a plus.
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, dependable, and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full leasing lifecycle, from inquiry to move-in.
• Conduct professional on-site tours and community presentations.
• Maintain timely and effective follow-up with prospective residents.
• Process rental applications, screenings, and required documentation.
• Oversee maintenance staff and coordinate daily maintenance operations.
• Ensure timely entry, tracking, and follow-up of maintenance requests.
• Address resident concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote a positive living environment and resident satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
