Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of textile design experience, ideally in bedding or home textiles.
• Strong hand-drawing and hand-painting skills to create original artwork.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, with repeats and color separations.
• Understanding of woven/printed textiles and bedding construction is a plus.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to work independently with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Create original prints, patterns, and motifs for bedding and bath collections.
• Develop production-ready art packages, including CADs, repeats, colorways, and specs.
• Translate concepts and trend direction into finished artwork, managing print workflows.
• Collaborate with design, merchandising, product development, and sourcing teams.
• Research trends and prepare materials for presentations, fittings, and showrooms.
