Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Product / Textile Designer to lead design development across bath and soft home lines. You will create CADs, repeat patterns, and colorways while producing production-ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factories.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in textile or product design, strong Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop skills, and a keen eye for textiles and construction. Expect fast-paced collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to meet brand timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum of experience in product design, textile design, home design, or a related field.
• Experience with hard bath goods is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre.
• Experience developing production-ready artwork and repeat patterns.
• Strong knowledge of textiles and soft-goods construction.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of projects.
• Comfortable managing multiple brands, projects, and seasonal timelines.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

A leading home fashions company is seeking a Product / Textile Designer to support a variety of licensed and private-label brands across bath and other soft home categories. This is a hands-on design position that combines creative development with technical execution throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept through production.

The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor with a solid understanding of soft home product design, development, and manufacturing. This person should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
