Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients' homes and community settings. The role offers part-time hours, training to earn your RBT certification, and ongoing support from a clinical team.

You will implement evidence-based interventions, record session data, collaborate with families, and help clients build independence. A high school diploma plus a passion for making a difference is required; successful certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services; training and support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
