Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks individuals to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with Autism. You will join a dedicated clinical team delivering one-on-one interventions and data-driven programs in clients’ homes and community settings.

The role offers part-time opportunities, paid training to earn RBT certification, and ongoing support from experienced staff. A passion for helping families and flexible scheduling are valued assets in our mission.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services; training/support provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for helping children with Autism; patience and calmness in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients with evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans with the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build connections with families.
