Marsh Agency is seeking a motivated student for its 2027 Summer Internship Program in McMinnville, Oregon. You will work in-person Monday through Friday, gaining exposure to client service, risk management, operations, sales, and analytics.

Pay is $18.85 per hour, with mentorship and development opportunities designed to prepare you for a career in risk management and related fields. This is a hands-on internship with real project experience.

Qualifications

• Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application and start date.
• Applicants must have legal work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world experience across client service, risk management, operations, sales, and analytics.
• Collaborate with teams on diverse projects to build Marsh Agency’s brand.
• Support directors, sales executives, and client relations staff to grow new business and retention.
