Community Access Services (CAS) is seeking a Full-Time Job Coach in Beaverton, OR. The role focuses on helping adults with IDD build job skills, gain independence, and secure meaningful employment through one-on-one coaching and ongoing support.

No prior job coaching experience is required—CAS provides paid training and opportunities for career growth. You will work with a collaborative team to promote inclusive workplaces and community integration.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to meet company approved driver requirements.
• Ability to pass a national background check.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility support as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one job coaching and workplace support.
• Help individuals develop job skills, confidence, independence, and professional habits.
• Support communication with supervisors and coworkers.
• Build skills in organization, time management, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with employers and support teams to promote long-term employment success.
