Job summary

Home Life, Inc. is seeking a Job Coach in Corvallis, Oregon, to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in integrated community employment and to help with pre-employment skill development.

The role requires availability Wednesday through Sunday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:01 p.m., with hours varying within that window and a guaranteed 30 hours per week. Training and ongoing development are provided; driving and documentation duties are included.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass an initial criminal history check and recheck
• US work authorization and 18+ with a driver1s license and insurance
• Must complete required training and ongoing development
• Regular attendance and ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in integrated community employment settings
• Assist with pre-employment skill development programs
• Maintain required documentation in Therap system
• Attend staff meetings and collaborate with the Vocational Services team
