Pacific Office Automation in Beaverton, OR is seeking an Account Resolution Specialist to join our team. You will make outbound calls to past-due accounts, review aging reports, document activity, and work with customers to resolve balances.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding past-due accounts.
• Review aging reports and monitor outstanding balances.
• Document account activity, customer interactions, and collection efforts accurately.
• Work directly with customers to identify and resolve account discrepancies and payment issues.
• Communicate professionally and use sound judgment when working with customers, vendors, coworkers, and management.
• Partner with sales teams and senior leadership when additional support is needed to resolve accounts.
• Take ownership of challenging situations and work toward timely resolutions.
• Maintain positive customer relationships while effectively managing collection efforts.
