Responsibilities

• Conduct daily collections activities including contacting customers about late or declined payments.
• Evaluate payment terms and review purchase orders.
• Process bankruptcies and placements with outside collection agencies.
• Update and consolidate accounts as needed; document procedures.
• Assist internal and external customers with general questions; back up credit and accounts receivable teams.
• Maintain understanding of trends in the role and participate in training.
