Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Beauty & Wellness Consultant to enhance customer care and drive sales in-store. You will greet customers, provide expert product advice, and offer mini-makeovers and skincare consultations as part of delivering a premium beauty experience.

You will engage with customers, demonstrate products such as demo tools, and support brand events while maintaining department standards and a friendly, efficient service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least one year in retail or beauty sales
• Ability to meet sales goals with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of beauty products and brands to engage customers
• Experience building relationships within a team
• Basic PC/tablet skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Provides expertise in product demonstrations and consultations.
• Leads in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
• Builds relationships with customers and ensures positive closure of interactions.
