DIBS Beauty seeks an Account Coordinator based in Northern California. You must reside in the Northern or Central California region and will report to a Senior Account Executive.

This is a fast-growing beauty brand with national Ulta Beauty doors; you will partner with leadership to drive sales revenue across the territory. In-store focus will be 85-90% of time, actively selling, engaging customers, and demonstrating products to maximize sell-through and achieve territory goals.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of beauty industry experience.
• Familiar with Ulta or Sephora environments, including retailer portals and scheduling systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required to motivate teams and retail partners.
• Experience coordinating, onboarding, and training talent for events and promotions.

Responsabilidades

• Actively sell and engage customers in-store, maximizing sell-through and territory goals.
• Coordinate and recruit freelance/contract talent for the DIBS BFF program.
• Own and monitor territory sales performance and conduct regular reviews with sales teams.
• Strategically allocate resources to optimize region growth and exceed forecasts.
• Conduct in-store visits and plan/execute launches and events, manage stock and merchandising.
