Job summary

Macy’s in Pleasanton seeks a Beauty Account Coordinator to act as category expert in Cosmetics for assigned stores, elevating the store experience through product knowledge, training, and exceptional service. You will work with store partners to execute Beauty events and drive sales, ensuring a customer-centric approach across multi-brand selling.

You will analyze sales data, communicate priorities, coach colleagues, and manage vendor partnerships, while supporting ongoing education and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of management experience in a retail store, preferably in beauty.
• Proven ability to analyze business results and drive sales initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross‑functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business results to identify sales-driving opportunities and goals.
• Communicate priorities and strategies to Division and store teams.
• Collaborate with regional and store partners to support growth.
• Lead and participate in in-store and virtual beauty events and planograms.
• Support store visits, pre-season planning, and vendor relationships.
• Coach and develop Beauty team members and ensure training completion.
• Drive customer-centric selling and clientelling initiatives using MyClient.
