Job summary

Beauty Barrage is seeking a Brand Coordinator to strategically support client brands in beauty retailers across the territory. You will work to achieve sales targets, build strong relationships with store teams, and drive brand awareness through in-store activity.

Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, the role requires a results-oriented mindset, initiative, and a passion for the beauty industry. Weekend availability and travel within the territory are required, and a professional image is

Qualifications

Beauty retail experience is required.
Minimum 3+ years in a similar role is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence internally and externally.
Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
Must be available on weekends and flexible to meet job objectives.
Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
Represent brands within an assigned territory to drive sales and brand awareness.
Establish and develop relationships at store level with BA’s, Store Leadership, and territory DMs.
Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstrations.
Execute interactive product demonstrations.
Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
