Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Team Leader in Bradley, IL to guide the Beauty Department, drive sales, and deliver an authentic client experience with a consultative approach.

You will lead the team, partner with the Store Manager and Sephora Training Team, and ensure visual standards, training completion, replenishment, and inventory execution to meet goals.

The role requires 5 years of client-facing retail experience, excellent communication, and availability for days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authentic passion for beauty.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Beauty Team to deliver a positive and compelling client experience.
• Provide leadership for the Beauty Team through strong partnership with the Store Manager.
• Build a strong culture within the department through recognizing and coaching.
• Act as a point of contact for Store Manager, Sephora Training Team, and other partners.
• Drive sales performance and meet goals through the sales plans.
• Identify client needs and upsell products to drive sales.
• Ensure product knowledge and beauty trends are conveyed to clients.
• Support visual merchandising and standards per company guidelines.
• Oversee replenishment and inventory processes to maintain stock levels.
• Collaborate with Sephora partners to identify training opportunities.
