Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Team Leader to drive a positive client experience and sales performance. You will lead a team, collaborate with the Store Manager and Sephora Training Team, and ensure training, merchandising, and inventory processes meet standards.

The role requires leadership, client-facing retail experience, and excellent communication to influence clients and staff. Availability includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• 5 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication with influence ability
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead the Beauty Team to deliver a positive and compelling client experience.
• Provide leadership for the Beauty Team through strong partnership with the Store Manager.
• Build a strong culture within the department and team through recognition programs, feedback and coaching.
• Act as a point of contact for Store Manager, Sephora Training Team, and partners.
• Drive sales performance and execute sales plans, holding the team accountable.
• Build and maintain client loyalty and upsell products when appropriate.
• Provide product knowledge and beauty trend credibility to clients.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications.
• Complete required training on schedule and expand knowledge.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and Sephora partners on additional training opportunities.
• Ensure Sephora visual merchandising and standards are followed, including tester maintenance and cleanliness.
• Maintain timely replenishment on the sales floor to drive sales.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale, including back stocking and price changes.
• Act with integrity, support safety and policies, and handle multiple tasks.
