Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager. The role emphasizes performance, people, and processes to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The candidate will work in a fast-paced setting, handle inventory, resets, planograms, and operate Ulta Beauty technology. A high school diploma is preferred and about 1 year of relevant experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available for purchase.
• Maintain compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard; manage shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain outstanding store standards including cleanliness of sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom and break area.
