Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will keep merchandise stocked, maintain cleanliness, and follow procedures to drive sales and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of related work. You should be comfortable with a POS system, work independently and as part of a team, and be ready for flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS system, Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and merchandise is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and assist with merchandise resets, planograms, displays and shipments.
• Adhere to store policies and dress code while ensuring store standards and cleanliness.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
