Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals by ensuring tasks are completed and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard, replenishment, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Foster an inclusive environment for teammates and guests; participate in ongoing brand/category training.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and use company technology.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures.
• Keep work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, and backroom.
• Protect company assets via loss prevention practices and provide guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
