Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations, ensuring fixtures are stocked, the store remains clean, and tasks are completed accurately. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance, people, and process to drive a great guest experience.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and flexibility to work varying shifts. Prior retail exposure and comfort with POS systems are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on operational excellence to support sales and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean; complete assigned tasks.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and standards; support inventory and merchandising duties.
• Maintain attendance and assist in training and development where applicable.
