Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role emphasizes merchandising, cleanliness, and efficient use of Ulta’s procedures and technology.

The position requires a high school diploma (preferred) and about 1 year of related work experience. Candidates should be comfortable with basic technology, able to work independently or in a team, and willing to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices); ability to work independently and as part of a team; problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training for brand and category education to drive sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and procedures.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments using Ulta Beauty tools and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness across all areas; protect assets via loss prevention practices.
