Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, stocking merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, and executing stock and inventory processes. You will collaborate with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet store goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and strong teamwork, with a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on operational excellence to support sales and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean; complete tasks as assigned.
• Support Merchandiser and Operations Manager with performance, people, and process objectives.
• Adhere to dress code and Ulta Beauty policies and standards.
• Execute merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments using Ulta Beauty practices.
• Maintain replenished, signed, and faced work areas and ensure testers are available.
• Protect company assets and provide exceptional guest service.
