Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and ensure products are stocked and shelves properly faced. This role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with a focus on performance, people, and processes.

The position requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and a flexible schedule including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays. A strong team mindset and basic tech proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (Point of Sale system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals by ensuring tasks are completed and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing brand and category training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies and dress code.
