• Ensures compliance with legal requirements to maintain store integrity.
• Establishes rapport with customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Creates a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigates and resolves customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits.
• Safeguards cash handling and banking procedures.
