Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers.
• Drive top-line sales growth across all categories and improve guest experience.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver a premier guest experience and meet sales goals.
• Analyze financial and operational reports and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and standards for the store.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews to develop talent and succession plans.
