Ulta Beauty is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers. You will drive sales growth, exceptional guest service, and high standards across store operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales and managing payroll budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers to drive sales and guest experience.
• Promote accountability to meet store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, payroll, and omni-channel metrics.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience and brand collaboration.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development plans to enable continuous growth and performance.
