Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional service and driving sales in a prestige cosmetics store.

You will coach the sales team, handle cash reconciliations, and manage opening and closing duties on a rota. If you are an ambitious self-starter with retail experience, this is the first step toward a rewarding career with a global leader in beauty.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Desirable: supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to run the store.
• Lead by example to provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Contribute to achieving sales and customer service targets.
