• Social Media Management: Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok; schedule, post, monitor, respond to messages professionally; collaborate with aesthetic team for real-time content with client consent; track metrics.
• Front Office Duties: Greet and check in clients; schedule appointments; answer inquiries; manage phone calls; keep reception tidy; process payments; assist with client flow and treatment schedules.
