Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in a service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
• Drive store performance through client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
• Coach for growth with ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance.
• Train and develop through onboarding and ongoing service excellence, loyalty programs, product knowledge, and brand initiatives.
• Execute daily operations and assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to empower everyone in the store.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
