Job summary

Sephora in Exton, PA is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to guide a high-performing team, elevate client experiences, and exceed sales goals through coaching and collaboration.

You will develop staff with ongoing feedback, train on service excellence, loyalty programs, and product knowledge, and oversee inventory, merchandising, and store standards while fostering an inclusive, client-first culture that aligns with Sephora’s Belong to Something Beautiful mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and quick to learn product knowledge.
