Sephora in Philadelphia is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to drive store success through coaching and top-tier client service. You will empower team members, elevate client experiences, and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced beauty environment.

The role is hourly, full-time, with a focus on leadership, product knowledge, and a customer-first approach. Expect evenings, weekends, and peak times, with opportunities for growth within the Sephora/LVMH family.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
• Strong sales & client service skills with a client-first mindset.
• Ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
• Drive store performance through client engagement and product knowledge.
• Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance.
• Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence and brand initiatives.
• Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
• Promote an inclusive culture and teamwork.
• Follow Sephora policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
