Helen of Troy is seeking an FP&A Manager for the Beauty Division in Boston. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to forecast, analyze, and influence commercial decisions, ensuring profitable growth and strong financial performance.

The role requires advanced FP&A skills, financial modeling, and experience with pricing, trade spend, and KPI reporting. A hybrid schedule supports collaboration across the Finance team and business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
• 1+ year as Finance Manager or 3+ years as Sr. Financial Analyst.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Beauty Division teams to forecast, plan, analyze, and support decisions.
• Own KPI reporting, variance analysis, and action tracking for revenue, margin, and expenses.
• Translate business priorities into financial plans and evaluate business cases.
• Analyze pricing, trade spend, promotions, and mix to improve profitability.
• Provide fact‑based insights for forecast commitments and capital planning.
