Helen of Troy is seeking an FP&A Manager for the Beauty division in Boston, MA. This hybrid role collaborates with brand and cross-functional teams to forecast, plan, analyze, and deliver actionable financial insights that drive profitability.

You will lead budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting while supporting pricing, trade spend, and capital planning. Travel is expected for reviews and supplier visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience.
• 1+ year as Finance Manager or 3+ years as Sr. Financial Analyst.
• Ability to travel ~10% for business reviews or leadership meetings.

Responsabilités

• Forecast, plan, analyze, and provide decision support to drive profitable growth.
• Translate business trends into clear financial insights and actions.
• Partner with brand and cross-functional teams to translate priorities into financial plans.
• Oversee pricing, gross-to-net, trade spend, and mix across customers, SKUs, channels, and brands.
• Analyze POS, market share, category trends, distribution, pricing, and assortment.
• Support capital planning, margins, cost inflation, inventory, and forecast accuracy.
• Provide fact-based insights to support forecasts and financial performance.
• Travel as needed for reviews and leadership meetings.
