Kohl’s in Bartonsville, PA is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor who drives sales through authentic passion for beauty. You will engage clients with a consultative approach, maintain expert knowledge of brands, and ensure Sephora at Kohl’s visual and service standards on the sales floor.

You will upsell, deliver product demonstrations, participate in training, and support inventory and daily replenishment to create an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application of products.
• Understand and execute the sales plans to support and meet goals.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets, tester maintenance and department cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensure timely and consistent sales floor replenishment to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Actively engage and complete all required training to expand knowledge.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing, back stocking, inventory counts and price changes.
