Job summary

CosmoProf Beauty is hiring a Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, acting as the advisor on the customer’s journey. Cosmoprof will provide training; bring your passion and personality—we handle the rest.

You will build relationships, highlight promotions, set up displays, and encourage loyalty enrollment. You will process transactions accurately and help maintain a welcoming store environment,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up displays and merchandise for promotions.
• Enrol customers in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
