Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate for Cosmoprof to create a memorable shopping experience. You will help customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails, acting as their advisor on the beauty journey and driving sales.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Willing to learn product knowledge and assist customers across hair, cosmetics, skin care and nails.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promos.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
