Job summary

Cosmoprof is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience and assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care or nails, guiding customers on their beauty journey.

You will build relationships, suggest products, inform customers of promotions, set up displays, enroll customers in the loyalty program, and process transactions. We offer diverse schedules and opportunities for growth, plus generous product discounts and free samples.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work varied schedules.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
