Job summary

European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. This in-person role supports front desk operations and sales in a fast-paced beauty environment.

You will greet guests, promote services and products, educate on our exclusive line, handle reservations and payments, and help maintain a clean, welcoming center. Evening and weekend availability is required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and guest service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for hitting targets.
• Retail, sales, or beauty industry experience is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/ promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
