Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC seeks a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to deliver a memorable shopping experience, assisting customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails and leveraging product knowledge training provided by Sally Beauty.

You will build relationships, recommend additional products, inform customers of promotions, maintain displays, enroll customers in the loyalty program, and process transactions accurately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Available to meet scheduling needs.
• Clear communication with customers, co-workers and management.
• Product knowledge training provided.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
