Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a friendly Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, drawing on Sally Beauty’s training to guide each customer’s beauty journey.

You will build relationships, recommend products, inform customers of promotions, set up displays, enroll shoppers in the loyalty program, complete transactions accurately, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.
• The position requires long periods of standing and physical exertion.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
