Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences for customers across hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails.

You will build relationships, recommend products, inform customers of promotions, and help with loyalty enrollments while maintaining a welcoming store environment. Training and product knowledge will be provided to support growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers and management.
• Able to read and explain product labels and follow directions from management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
